FAQ

All trips include a professional guide, bike rental (road or gravel), helmet, luggage transfer between stops, and a picnic lunch each day. Accommodation and dinners are not included but we can recommend our trusted partners.

We require a 30% deposit at booking to secure your spot. The remaining 70% is due 2 weeks before departure. We accept card, bank transfer, and PayPal. Full refund if cancelled 30+ days in advance.

Each trip has a clearly marked difficulty level. The Lavender Valley Loop suits casual cyclists. The Verdon Epic and Coastal Raid require regular cycling experience. If you’re unsure, message us and we’ll help you choose.

Absolutely! Bring your own and get a 20€ discount per day. We’ll just need your bike specs in advance to ensure it’s suitable for the terrain. Transport bags are available if you’re flying in.

Yes! Groups of 4+ get a 10% discount. We can also arrange private departures on custom dates for groups of 6 or more. Contact us directly to organise your group adventure.
